I came down to Florida to visit my friend and I saw Ray Edwards at the bus station. He was with a friend and she was leaving to get onto the bus. As soon as I got off my bus, I looked for my friend who was supposed to pick me up and give me a ride. Ray was getting ready to leave the station and I asked him if I could use his cell phone because I saw it in his hand. I called my friend to pick me up since I could not find her anywhere. My friend said that she thought that I was coming in at 4:00 pm instead of 1:00 pm! To make matters worse, she was at an appointment that day and she had no way to get to the station until 3 hours later! She told me to take a taxi and to get the key from underneath the doormat, but I really didn't want to spend the money so I asked Ray if he was going toward the Tampa area. He told me that he was actually heading that way so I asked him for a ride. Once we were driving, he started asking me about my home state, friends, my favorite movies, hobbies, and all of that stuff. You know, just small talk.
